Drop by the Davis Arts Center located at 1919 F St. for one of the weekly classes taught by Linda Bair. Linda encourages a deeply focused inquiry into the way each body moves, emphasizing clean, efficient technique, artistic development, and connection to others and ourselves in movement. Whether you are exploring dance for the first time or hoping to dance for LBDC, there is a class for you!

Ballet for Life: All Levels( Ages 13-99+)
This is an ideal class for the adult student who has danced in the past and would like to explore ballet again, those with of experience and beginners. The class is multi- leveled and has a great spirit of warmth and inclusion.
Tuesday, Thursday 8:30-10am
Ballet for Life: Barre Center and Stretch (Ages 13-99+)
This class focuses on a simple ballet barre to build strength, flexibility and grace. We will also do some introductory center exercises and finish with core strengthening and stretch. Perfect for both the trained dancer to improve technique and the non-dancer in search of body awareness and strength.

Ballet for Life: Super Beginning Ballet (Ages 13-99+)
Lets start at the very beginning! We will learn at a slow and steady pace positions of the feet, legs and arms, carriage of the body, names of steps and musicality. No experience necessary only a desire to learn.
Wednesday 9-10:15am
Ballet for Life: Friday Ballet Barre(Ages 14-99+)
End your week with a morning ballet barre! All levels welcome. This is a great class to take on its own or in combination with another ballet class.
